I have arrived in Cali! My trip into the unknown has been the biggest exercise in trusting my intuition when it comes to choice making in each and every moment. "What exactly does that mean?" you ask. I watched myself on this journey getting wrapped up in mental angst and making choices based on my head, mind, and intellect versus releasing into my initial feelings, instinct, and heart.
Observing myself through this process has been frustrating yet very valuable. I am seeing with such clarity how this critical pivotal point that appears in choice making for all of us is EXACTLY where the universe wants us to reside. This is actually the "home" we are all looking for. The universe wants us to embrace decision making from our heart source FIRST and then utilize the gift of the mind as just a tool to step into action to carry out your initial heart-centered choice.

Talk to your heart. Actually talk out loud and ask your heart in every choice, "Is this choice in my best interest?"

From a two year old girl: When I told her I was following my heart and moving to the ocean, she looked at me and patted her chest with her hand and said "Het - Het." She could not pronounce heart but she knew exactly where it was in her body. ~ Thanks. Alice. I love you
