Everyone has intuition. It is not meant for a mere select few. You have intuition custom built inside of you. Many of you are already familiar with the 5 steps I teach on how to connect with your own intuition. There is one major step that I have forgotten to include.
It is a step that overrides all the others. It is a step that is necessary simultaneously with all the others. This grand step is one of-----silence.
How can you connect with your insides, your inner truth, your inner language, your intuition without getting silent? I encourage you to find silence starting today.

I overheard a 4-year-old girl at a cafe say to her grandma, "You know what Gram? Water is very busy. It has alot of jobs to do. I get quiet sometimes so I can hear what water is up to." and she placed her ear against the water glass she was holding.
So beautiful! Another reminder to get silent-- we just may hear what water has to say.
